It’s no secret that I’m not much of a sports fan. But still, I’ve been known to attend or even host a game day gathering on Super Bowl Sunday. And no, not because it’s the biggest game of the year. My game day attendance is purely for the food.
Okay, so I usually end up supplying the food. Most game day dishes aren’t super vegan friendly, so I’m happy to do the cooking, and happy to share my favorite game-day eats like vegan cheesesteaks, tofu wings, and a vegan pizza or two.
